Your logo. It goes on your invoices, estimates, booking pages and emails, so send the highest quality you have — ideally a PNG with a transparent background.
Your price book. We import your whole catalog so invoices and estimates are ready on day one. Export it from your old software as CSV or Excel — the
price book article shows how.
Your membership agreement — only if your plans use one. We build YOUR document into the system so it sends and chases signatures automatically.
Anything else. Warranty templates, service checklists, old marketing pieces — whatever helps us build the system the way your shop already works.

Use the same email you used on your Build Sheet. That's how your files get filed against your build — a different address starts a second record and they land in the wrong place.
Big files & customer lists
Something too large for the form?
Customer list exports go here, not in the form above. They're usually far too big for a file field, and we handle them differently — we map your columns across so nothing gets lost in the move.
