Stuck, confused, or something looks off? That's what we're here for — there's no such thing as a question too small.

Book a 20-minute support call

The fastest way to get something sorted: grab a 20-minute support call. Pick a time that works, and we'll walk through it with you live — no phone tag, no waiting on replies.

It's built for one focused thing at a time: a screen share, a question, a "show me how." If what you need turns out to be bigger — a new automation, a system change — we'll spot it on the call and take it from there.

What to include

Two details turn a back-and-forth into a same-message fix:

  1. The job or customer name. "The reminder didn't send for Sarah Whitfield" beats "reminders aren't working" — we can pull that exact record and see what happened.
  2. Roughly when it happened. "Yesterday afternoon" or "the appointment was Tuesday at 2" points us straight at the right logs.

Screenshots are gold, if you have them.

Did a customer get a message they shouldn't have? There's a short checklist for exactly that — what to send us. Those reports are worth making every time; they're how small misfires get fixed permanently instead of quietly repeating.

A good support message looks like

"Hey — customer Mike Torres, job was this morning. He says he never got the on-the-way text. His number looks right on the contact and he's not opted out. Can you check?"

That message gets solved in one reply.

What we handle

Everything about your Escape system: messages and sequences, calendars and booking, the dispatch board, invoices and payments, reviews, memberships, changes and customizations, team changes, plans and billing — all of it. If it's about your system, you're in the right place.

Liberate-tier clients get priority support — your requests jump the line.

Before you write (optional, not required)

The Troubleshooting section covers the handful of questions that come up most — reminders, texts, duplicates. Worth a skim, but never a requirement. When in doubt, just reach out.
